Looking for resorts w/private plunge/dipping pools

We're looking at a honeymoon next May in the Caribbean or Mexico. We're looking for an all inclusive 4+ star resort with the private dipping or plunge pools in the room. Besides Sandals what resorts have them?

Additionally, what level of food and beverage service can we expect at these
kinds of resorts? My fiancée and I are defiantly food snobs.

Oh yea, a couples only resort

We stayed at the Beaches resort Grand Sport which had private pools about four years ago. Did not think they where that great. The next year we did Sandals Duns River Falls. We wanted a Sandals wedding but we had some friends that could not couple up. Did not want to make them uncomfortable with a couples resort so we did a Mexico - Playa del carmen wedding. Last year over Memorial Day we did a short get away and stayed at a resort IKAL DEL MAR in that same area that had private pools. Your paito doors opened right out to the pool. It did not include drinks or meals. It was rustic but yet high end. Food was good.
