Has anyone looked into getting married at the Ritz Carlton in Grand Cayman?

I was at the Ritz Carlton Grand Cayman for a conference in May and saw a couple get married on the beach. It was beautiful and would assume their high quality service and upscale reputation would be wonderful for planning a wedding with them.

I have stayed there as a guest, non-wedding related and it was wonderful. I am sure their wedding service is great too!
