Hotel Cozumel & Resort

Hi. I'm getting married next April. I am thinking of taking a cruise that goes to Cozumel, Mexico. Does anyone know if I can get married at Hotel Cozumel & Resort? My cruise stops there from noon-10pm. I just want to get married at the resort, not stay there. Please help. Are there any wedding planners that can help me with this?
