Getting married @ Club Hotel Riu Negril & need ideas

I'm getting married in June, 2007 at the Club Hotel Riu Negril. We've confirmed the date and ceremony details but I'm worried because I am not so comfortable with the reception details (we're expecting 125 guests). Furthermore, I've not had much success getting in contact with the wedding coordinator. Has anyone gotten married at this hotel or in Negril? If so, any ideas or suggestions on what to do for the reception?

Hi, my fiance and I are getting married at a RIU property in Mexico. When we started planning, I started with www.RIU.com then, go to 'weddings' and see what they have. We contacted the wedding dept thru email and she gave us the contact person at our hotel in Mexico. They have been really helfull. Also look at this site on trip advisor and check out "candid travler photos" This was really helpful to us as well. I attached the link for you):
